FAQ
Bags - Will be provided by Larry Goodrum, Goodrum Xpress
Promotions.
Door Prizes - If you would like to do a door prize, we are
happy to provide mic and drawing from 5 to 7.
Electricity - You are required to provide your own
extension cords and power strips, or there will be a $30
additional charge.
Banners - You may have a banner hung. The hotel charge is
$35 and the banner must be at the location no later than 10:30am.
Please let us know in advance.
Tables - Tables are 6 feet and skirted.
Displays - Yes, you can do up to an 8 foot display instead
of or behind your table.
Payment due - Payments are all due by 3/20 or within 3
days.
Tickets - Regular tickets are $129, 2 for $198, 5 for $396
(buy 4, get 1 free)
Setup - You MUST be completely set up by 11:30 or you will
not be allowed to set up.
Teardown - You cannot tear down prior to 7pm. |
